Terms & Conditions

The working terms for engagements with Inkfold Agency.

Scope of work

Each project begins with a written scope covering deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and fees. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects usually start on receipt of a deposit, with the balance due before final files are released unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions

Every engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds and direction changes after approval are billed at the agreed hourly or project rate.

Ownership and licensing

On full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final delivered artwork, layouts and assets. Working files and source components remain with the studio unless licensed separately.

Author responsibilities

You confirm that manuscripts, images and references you supply are yours to use and do not infringe third-party rights. Timely feedback keeps agreed schedules achievable.

Confidentiality

Unpublished manuscripts and project details are kept confidential. Portfolio use of completed work is only made after publication or with your permission.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed to that point is invoiced, and delivered materials are released once settled.
